Flagstone Steps

These stones are cut from 1 ½ " to 2" thick Tennessee flagstone slabs. The steps come in 12", 18" and 24" square pieces. Flagstone comes in multi-brown and gray tone colors. They can be used for single walking steps or placed together to make patios, also used for capstone on stone walls.

Brown Shalimar Veneer

Brown Shalimar Veneer is a local area Georgia stone with a rustic appearance. Normal colors are dark brown tones with slight hints of green and gray. Some locals call this stone brown slate. A wavy textured stone with sharp edges. Normally used as a wall veneer or as a flooring stone when set in a bed of mortar. Averages about 1” to 1 ½” thick. Will cover about 135 to 150 sqft. Per ton using a 1” mortar joint.

A wavy textured stone with sharp edges. Can be used as a stack stone when a very rough rustic design is desired. Averages about 1” to 1 ½” thick and about saucer to plate size pieces. Will cover about 35 to 40 sqft. per ton.

These cut stones can be used for caps of walls, columns, and hearths on fireplaces.
